1 Introduction

13 Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed other than for breach of these Terms, verified funds remaining in the account balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any pending wagering requirements will be cancelled, any associated bonus balances will be forfeited, and verified real-money funds will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9pk365 operates under its applicable license. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
